The new XTi is a technological breakthrough in energy efficiency, technological simplicity and innovative design. The XTi features a unique front wheel drive hub motor, literally a motor within the wheel.

Comfort and Safety:
Mart Carts are designed with the shopper in mind. Your customer's comfort and safety have always been Mart Cart's main concern. The XTi features the Mart Cart seat with lumbar support for the rider's back and padded arm rests for comfort.

The cart features a seat switch for safety. The controls are thumb activated wig-wag controls. The now famous Mart Cart throttles with extension arms are optional.

The flat, gripping deck provides a stable platform from which customers can stand to reach top shelf items. Moulded footrests provide both leg rests and straight leg extension.

Capacity:
Mart Cart offers the strongest line of electric shopping carts on the market. Our carts feature a sturdy steel frame. The steel-supported seat is mounted directly to the frame.

The XTi is rated at a capacity of 550 pounds. With an additional 150 pounds of basket / grocery capacity, our complete line of XTi carts can easily handle 700 pounds in total capacity.

Lower Cost, Longer Life:
The XTi's energy-efficient motor means less energy consumption. The efficient design means cost savings are passed on to you. The XTi's single battery runs longer between charges and is replaced less frequently, allowing for overall lower ownership cost.

Power usage is minimized to only 3 amps. The draw on the battery is so low, the XTi will operate for up to 22 hours of shopping in the store between charges.

Our four-stage smart charger can "awaken" some deeply discharged batteries and may be left plugged in without damage to the battery.

In addition, there are fewer parts in the newly designed XTi as well as easier access to components with a quick-release tilting seat frame.

Turning Radius:
The XTi turns on a dime. Maneuvering store aisles has never been easier because the XTi acctually turns within the diameter of the rear axle.

The cart will fully turn within the length of the cart itself and needs less than five feet to complete a 180-degree turn.
