- PAYMENT
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Company Checks, Personal Checks and Wires are acceptable forms of payment. A $25.00 fee will be charged to all returned checks. All payments for Mart Cart® products should be made directly to and in the name of Assembled Products Corporation®. C.O.D. orders are accepted and will include a $7.50 C.O.D. charge plus shipping and handling costs.
- SHIPPING
- Orders, unless specified in writing, will be shipped via United Parcel Services (UPS) or Federal Express and Assembled Products Corporation® will bill shipping and handling charges on all invoices.
- RETURNS
- Assembled Products Corporation® must authorize all Mart Cart® returns. Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any product. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% when not covered by warranty. Please call our customer service department, (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, central standard time,) to obtain an RGA and shipping label. 1-800-548-3373
- PRICING & BILLING
- Assembled Products Corporation® reserves the right to adjust pricing and/or delivery estimates without notification to the customer. Acceptance of an order will create a legally binding contract between the customer and Assembled Products Corporation®. A finance charge of .83% per month will be added to past due accounts.
- CREDIT TERMED ACCOUNTS
- Accounts with terms of Net 30 must pay for all invoices no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice (Net 15, customer must pay no later than 15 days from the date of the invoice. Delinquent payments will mandate a change in terms. Accounts over the credit limit established by Assembled Products Corporation® or accounts holding a past due balance will be placed on hold until the account is brought current. Accounts placed on hold 3 times, will be terminated and reported to credit bureaus and/or business/ consumer reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on a customer’s account may be reflected in the customer’s credit report and/or business/ consumer report.
